By accessing or using any Leverage Ventures website, service, or programme — including lvrg.one, GrowthX, The Protocols newsletter, and any associated tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Section 02Services Provided
Leverage Ventures provides business advisory services, diagnostic tools, educational content, and newsletter publications through its advisory division GrowthX and its parent platform. The Growth Workshop is a complimentary diagnostic session. Paid engagements are subject to separate written agreements.
Section 03Use of Content
All content on Leverage Ventures properties — including frameworks, methodologies, playbooks, articles, and diagnostic tools — is the intellectual property of Leverage Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without prior written consent. Personal and educational use is permitted with attribution.
Section 04Workshop and Advisory Engagements
The Growth Workshop is provided at no charge and with no obligation to purchase any subsequent service. Paid advisory engagements are governed by individual service agreements. Results discussed during workshops or in marketing materials represent outcomes from specific engagements and are not guarantees of future performance.
Section 05Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to The Protocols or any Leverage Ventures communication, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each communication. We will not sell or transfer your contact information to third parties without your consent.
Section 06Disclaimer of Warranties
All services, content, and tools are provided on an as-is basis. Leverage Ventures makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Business results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, execution quality, and business-specific variables.
Section 07Limitation of Liability
Leverage Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, content, or tools. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for any specific engagement in the prior 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Leverage Ventures LLC. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
